This is the epitome of a strong, masculine cologne candle that is a dupe for the Abercrombie & Fitch Fierce fragrance. The throw on this candle is typically extremely strong, and while it’s not at all a personal favorite of mine, you can’t deny being transported into an Abercrombie & Fitch fantasy while burning it.

Into The Night – Bath & Body Works
Not only is the name of this candle suggestive, but the fragrance is a beautiful rose and raspberry infused perfume fragrance that’s sweet but sultry. It’s described as being “timeless, feminine and alluring” - all traits perfect for a candle to help you feel less lonely, and 3-wicks closer to imagining yourself being with a special perfume-adorning lady.

Best Candle to Imagine You’re in Bed with Someone
Much like those Amalfi candles being the closest I’ll get to visiting the Amalfi Coast, this will probably be the closest I’ll get to actually being in bed with someone this year.
Lazy Sunday Morning – Maison Margiela Replica
While I’ve never actually burned this candle, I have tested the eau de toilette in-store and this fragrance is simply amazing! The fragrance description reads: soft skin and bed linen. It truly smells like the smell of skin after having just taken a hot shower. There’s a soft, delicate soapiness that’s comforting yet clean all at the same time. Add in the crisp silkiness of freshly-washed cotton sheets and it’s truly the closest olfactive sensation to having someone in bed with you.
On the topic of Replica candles, you can also try their newest candle, On a Date which features notes of grapes and roses to mimic the experience of, you guessed it, being on a date.
Best Rose Candles
While Miley’s line of “I can buy myself flowers,” has been certainly ringing true lately, I can also buy myself candles that smell like flowers! If you’re wanting the fragrance equivalent of having a fresh bouquet of roses, check these candles out.
Rose – Mrs. Meyer’s
By far my favorite rose candle at the moment, and so affordable at under $5! I however recommend placing the entire 2.9 oz tin on an electric candle warmer though, because this small single-wick tin isn’t likely to give you much of a throw.
Aside from that candle, the Diptyque Centifolia and Damascena candles (no longer available) are truly the best rose candles money can buy. It’s a shame they only came out once. Diptyque still offers their less-superior year-round Rose candle.
On the Bath & Body Works front, Rose Water & Ivy as well as Tea Rose are always great current rose performers.
Personal Favorite Valentine’s Day Candle
All jokes aside, this is probably my most favorite Valentine’s Day candle from recent years that’s just straight-up fun and juicy!
Dark Chocolate Truffles – Bath & Body Works
This is the entire experience of opening up a box of chocolate truffles. It smells like rich chocolate, mixed with subtle notes of cherry and nuttiness that evoke all the different flavors and smells of an assorted box of chocolates. Strong performer, but sadly, it did not return this year.
